Jupiter is a non-suspended mass-loader belt-driven design with an external synchronous motor. The chassis is a 30mm black Acrylic with stabilizing feet, 55mm Aluminum platter and equipped with only one 9-inch acrylic arm board or optionally a heavy aluminum arm base ring that can be adjusted to fit 9-inch or 12-inch tone arm. Standard package includes the Konstant Eins power supply, record weight (aluminum 370 gram) and an optional tone arm.
The Jupiter standard bearing can be upgraded to the Transrotor Magnetic Drive (TMD) bearing with hydraulic platter support and the Konstant Eins power supply can be upgraded to the Konstant Studio or M1 Reference for improved speed control.
Optionally a purpose designed Turntable Dampening Base with damping elements can be added to further isolate the turntable for increased performance. Transrotor Jupiter is a highly versatile turntable that can be tailored to your immediate needs and allow for future upgrades.
